·Assist the clinical staff in performing a variety of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, injectables, chemical peels, and other services.
·Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and equipped with the necessary supplies, instruments, and devices.
· Prepare clients for treatments, explaining the procedures, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
·Sterilize and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment areas following appropriate infection control protocols.
·Support the clinical staff during procedures by providing necessary assistance.
·Perform skin assessments and document client medical histories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
·Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, including skincare regimens and potential side effects.
·Collaborate with the clinic team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
·Greet and check-in patients.
·Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits, ensuring efficient and organized scheduling.
·Manage patient records, including accurate data entry, updating medical histories, and maintaining confidentiality.
·Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure an adequate stock of medical and office materials.
·Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information regarding services, treatments, and pricing.
•Minimum (1) year experience as a Medical Assistant required.
•Experience working in a medical office, or the cosmetic industry is a plus.
•Additional Medical Assistant Credentialing is a plus (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA).
•Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
