Adena Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chemo Infusion Manager (RN) to lead daily operations and patient care in our outpatient and inpatient oncology infusion settings. This key leadership role works in close collaboration with Medical and Radiation Oncology clinics, ensuring exceptional care, safety, and compliance with oncology standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day infusion clinic operations and staffing
- Provide direct patient care as needed in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Lead and develop a high-performing clinical team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Manage departmental budgets, scheduling, HR functions, and staff performance
- Coordinate chemotherapy education and training for staff, including certification requirements
- Drive process improvements, quality outcomes, and caregiver engagement
Qualifications:
- Education: BSN required
- Licensure: RN, licensed in Ohio
Certifications:
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification (within 1 year)
- Oncology Certified Nurse (within 3 years)
Experience:
- 3–5 years in chemotherapy administration
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
