Description
Are you a passionate educator, curriculum designer, or experienced trainer looking for an exciting opportunity to build impactful learning experiences from the ground up? We're seeking an Adult Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training curriculums across various departments and positions within our organization.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our team's skills and knowledge. You'll partner closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create dynamic training programs that blend internal expertise with external thought leadership. If you're a self-starter with a knack for crafting engaging content and a dedication to fostering growth, we encourage you to apply!
What you'll do:
- Design and develop training programs from scratch: You'll collaborate with departmental leaders to assess training needs, conduct skill assessments, and collect input to identify learning goals, gaps, and requirements. You'll then build comprehensive learning paths for various roles and teams.
- Create robust curriculum and content: You'll consult with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and design appropriate course content and training curriculum. This includes developing curriculums that support the Drexel Team as well as our clients.
- Curate diverse learning experiences: You'll integrate a variety of training methodologies, including in-person trainings, virtual sessions, off-site events, and external speakers or trainers. You'll also evaluate software and collaboration tools to be selected for training.
- Manage projects independently: You'll take ownership of training initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Evaluate and refine programs: You'll establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously assess programs to make data-driven improvements.
