Consistently ranked in the top 5% of Aloft Hotels worldwide for guest satisfaction, we’re looking for a dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team.
As AGM, you’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, inspire and lead department managers, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, managing expenses, building high-performing teams, and ensuring the hotel thrives as a destination for both locals and travelers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support department heads across Housekeeping, Front Desk, F&B, Sales, and Maintenance
- Champion guest satisfaction — turning challenges into opportunities to “wow” our guests
- Recruit, train, and develop talented associates while building a collaborative culture
- Ensure top-quality standards in rooms, food & beverage, and amenities
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and cost-control initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to boost revenue and occupancy
- Act as GM in their absence, ensuring seamless operations and decision-making
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- A hands-on leader who knows how to balance strategy with daily operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven success in guest service excellence and team development
- Experience with budget management, revenue strategies, and hotel systems
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
