This role closely mirrors that of a fast food training manager—focused on standardized processes, hands-on training, quick turnarounds, and consistent output quality. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume operations and is passionate about coaching and developing teams for performance, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Onboarding

- Lead onboarding for new hires, including equipment training, safety protocols, quality standards, and SOPs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt content for clarity, efficiency, and results.
Daily Operations Management
- Oversee daily workflow and shift execution to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Actively support floor operations during peak periods, coaching teams in real-time for process adherence.
- Serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting and escalation during shift activities.
Performance Coaching & Accountability
- Implement performance management strategies, including metrics tracking, coaching sessions, and skill assessments.
- Partner with HR and local management to identify high-potential team members and build internal training paths.
- Drive a culture of ownership, continuous learning, process improvement and visual metrics.
Standardization & Process Control
- Maintain consistency across shifts by enforcing documented procedures, checklists, and job aids.
- Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and quality control regulations.
- Support new equipment rollouts or line changes with job-specific training plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and HR teams to support operational readiness and workforce planning.
- Assist in investigations or root cause analysis following production incidents or deviations.
