Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role is essential in fostering the development and growth of preschool-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Support children in their learning and development through play and educational activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Observe and document children's progress and behavior.
- Help with classroom management and organization.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have completed 12 units in early childhood education.
- Previous experience working with young children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
FULL TIME
Monday through Friday 8:15 am - 4:45 pm
