The MCC Operations KM Specialist is responsible for the ongoing development, review, validation, auditing, hosting, and maintenance of all documented department operational procedures to ensure they are accurate and compliant. Collaborates with Enterprise Training to ensure all procedural content is uniform, version controlled and housed within the Knowledge Management System. Responsible for completing content revision requests and ensuring all project deliverables are met within specified deadlines. Reviews, updates, edits, and organize knowledge articles to ensure procedural accuracy, clarity, grammar, and spelling to ensure adherence to knowledge management standards. Review content audits to improve consistency, ease of access, accuracy, and reduce knowledge flow breaks. Maintain department subject matter expertise and facilitate approvals required to support revisions to knowledge articles. Validate curriculum applies to real life employee experience. Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Core Values.
