Job Summary:

Assists with the State and Joint Commission Accreditation processes. Assists management with Performance Improvement, Quality, and Risk Management activities. Assists in reviews, revisions, and rewrites of policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
  • Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
  • Accounting or billing experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

  • TJC (Joint Commission) Accreditation Certification : Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Schedules committee meetings and calendar, prepares and maintains minutes and follow-up assignments. Maintains current library resource services for the hospital and community.
  • Assists Managers in reviewing, revising, and rewriting policies and procedures and routing to appropriate committees.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
