SR Business Systems Analyst at Eagle Materials

The Solutions Architect will support enterprise-wide technology initiatives, reporting directly to the Enterprise Architect. This role focuses on designing scalable solutions, leading ERP integrations, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and compliance requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and document enterprise solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Lead integration efforts between business-critical systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technical components.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and audit requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise architecture or solution design.
• Experience with Cloud ERP, SaaS/IaaS platforms, and systems documentation. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes.
