  • Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: Operation of Admission systems at the Information Center office, and the main/ beach gate entrance boxes. Management of credit, cash, or check transactions, as well as printed or mobile scanned tickets. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and flow of communication.
  • Greet guests, answer questions, process General admission tickets , and assist with Garden Policy enforcing. Ability to read and interpret documents such as price types, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines. 
  • Long hours sometimes required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
