JOB SUMMARY

With minimal supervision, this position is responsible for leading sales efforts related to durable and advanced medical equipment. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing long-term client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support. This role focuses on proactive communication, identifying opportunities for deeper engagement, resolving client concerns, and aligning services with client needs. The ideal candidate is both strategic and customer-focused, acting as the main point of contact for high-value accounts with extensive knowledge in healthcare sales, and strong understanding of clinical environments and procurement processes.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned medical equipment lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships serving as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients.
  • Understand clients’ goals, challenges, and business environments to drive engagement and value delivery.
  • Coordinate/collaborate with internal teams (operations, inventory and fulfillment) to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively through smooth delivery.
  • Manage key accounts and participate in high-level sales presentations and contract negotiations.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client value and revenue.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, clinical applications, competitive positioning, and market trends.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, medical conferences, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communications in CRM tool: Accumatica.
  • Track sales metrics and produce reports for senior leadership, identifying opportunities for growth or improvement. 
  • Prepare and present account performance reports, engagement strategies, and renewal plans to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, billing practices, and ethical sales standards.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, conduct regular check-ins, and initiate improvement plans when necessary.
