You're prepared to report to the CEO of Kings III Emergency Communications, and play a critical role in aligning cross-functional initiatives to deliver market-leading products and sustained business growth. What You’ll Do:
- Enhance and support a strong, healthy and vibrant company culture.
- Be an unimpeachable example of the company core values.
- Lead the lifecycle of product development in coordination with engineering, design, and customer success teams.
- Translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable product strategies and feature roadmaps.
- Support go-to-market execution for new product launches and enhancements.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and new revenue streams.
- Monitor sales KPIs and proactively address performance gaps.
- Collaborate with marketing to define positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies that align with business goals.
- Ensure marketing activities are aligned with product capabilities and customer value propositions.
- Oversee business unit P&L and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimization efforts.
- Monitor key business metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to the CEO and CFO.
- Identify operational efficiencies and support execution of cost control measures.
- Travel to client sites, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in general management leading a division or department, product, sales, or operational leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and sales.
- Strong financial acumen and experience working with P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in both industrial or technical service environments (e.g., elevator, field service) and SaaS or software-enabled products.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and product management tools.
