We are looking for a Digital Print Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll run our Direct-to-Film (DTF) printers and related equipment, ensuring every order is produced accurately, efficiently, and on time. If you have experience with digital printing and a strong eye for quality, this is a great opportunity to join an exciting and growing company.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain DTF printers, heat presses, and related equipment.
- Prepare and run artwork files through RIP software.
- Perform daily cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance of machines.
- Check color accuracy and quality of prints.
- Organize production queues and meet deadlines.
- Assist with material handling, inventory, and job prep.
Qualifications:
- Experience with DTF, DTG, or other digital printing preferred.
- Comfortable with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop for file prep.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
