Education At Work (E@W) is looking for a seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to help kick off our campus recruitment strategy at colleges and universities in the Tempe, AZ area. If you join us, your main job will be to find and recruit student employees while spreading the word about our brand to different people on campus.

What You’ll Do
Be the guide: Walk student applicants through every step of the process, from first interest to their first day.
Find talent where it lives: Source and interview candidates for seasonal roles, especially on-campus.
Spread the word: Represent E@W across campus, at campus events, on job boards, and on social media.
Stay organized: Track candidates and hiring progress using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Help students get started: Support the new-hire paperwork and onboarding processes.
Pitch in: Take on other projects that help us recruit and grow.
Take on other tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
You’re currently working toward your degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
Some experience in recruiting or campus involvement is great but not required.
You’re comfortable using online recruiting tools, social media, and campus resources to connect with students.
You possess a people-first mindset: You love building relationships and can communicate clearly.
You’re a flexible team player who’s also confident working independently.
