Job Description:

Location: Florida (Miami, Orlando and surrounding markets)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Industry: Security Services 

 

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Sales Professional with strong ties in Florida's event, hospitality, residential and commercial industries. The right candidate will focus on bringing in new contracts, building long-term client relationships and expanding IPS Security's footprint statewide.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with event organizers, venues, property managers and corporate clients
  • Leverage existing network of industry contacts to generate leads.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations and proposals 
  • Collaborate with the Florida Branch leadership team to develop custom security solutions for clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • Proven B2B Sales Experience (preferably in security, events, or staffing industries)
  • Strong existing network of potential clients in Florida
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the security industry is a PLUS but not required.
