Your Impact:
As the Sr Site Reliabilty Administrator, you will be responsible for the technical health, alignment, and capability of our production and non-production environments. Your day-to-day work will include running maintenance tasks such as upgrades, providing technical support, and troubleshooting application-related issues.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-native platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys mentoring others, and has a passion for automation and observability.
As a Sr Site Reliability Administrator, you will:
Design, implement, and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure using Azure services.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
Build and manage monitoring and alerting systems using Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and scripting languages.
Administer and support third-party services including ElasticSearch, MongoDB Atlas, and ArangoDB.
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure reliability is built into every stage of the SDLC.
Lead incident response efforts and drive postmortem analysis and continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor other team members, fostering a culture of learning and operational excellence.
What you need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, CKA, Terraform Associate) are a plus.
Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles: SLIs, SLOs, and service level management.
Experience with Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Solid grasp of version control systems and branching strategies (Git).
Comparable experience with AWS
