Schedule for Inventory Specialist – Precourt
- Schedule: 4x10 – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Flexible Day Off: One day off per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through restocking, cycle counting, and inventory control for assigned areas.
- Review supply needs, prevent overstocking, and help ensure efficient product turnover.
- Conduct physical counts and investigate inventory discrepancies—updating systems as needed.
- Process supply deliveries by verifying quantities, expiration dates, and physical condition.
- Respond to supply and equipment requests—both routine and urgent—with prompt, professional service.
- Inspect equipment and supplies for expiration, recalls, or defects, and report any issues.
- Help manage bi-annual physical inventories and assist with reporting for supply tracking.
- Keep all supply areas clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout daily operations.
- Propose new ideas and assist with department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all work.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in healthcare, supply chain, or materials management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
- Must be able to learn and use computers and digital systems within 90 days of hire.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
