Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing and managing a multi-disciplinary team of home health clinicians and support staff, with a focus on patient-centered care, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. This role emphasizes care coordination, financial oversight, and resource utilization to ensure high-quality outcomes delivered in the least restrictive setting. The Clinical Supervisor fosters a collaborative environment involving patients, families, and stakeholders, prioritizing safety, adherence to care plans, and smooth transitions across care settings.
The position demands adaptability in response to a changing healthcare landscape, with a strong emphasis on healthcare stewardship, utilization management, and compliance with payer requirements. Success in this role requires maintaining quality of care while supporting patient autonomy and ensuring communication across the care continuum.
Status: Full-Time (Exempt)

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the State of California
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within the last 4 years; home health experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Working knowledge of title XXII, HIM-11, Medi-Cal requirements
