AFI Sales Manager
Location: AFI (Alt Fuel Innovations), Kansas City, MO
Pay: Base Salary with Monthly Bonus. Compensation based on experience.

Position Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team to drive revenue growth for our fleet vehicle upfitting services. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, setting team goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will maintain their own client base as well. The Sales Manager will work closely with operations and leadership to align sales efforts with company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within fleet and commercial vehicle markets
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular performance reporting to leadership
- Train, mentor, and evaluate sales team members to ensure high performance
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports using CRM tools
- Oversee proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and order processing
- Manage the entire sales process from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in automotive, fleet, or commercial services
- Strong understanding of vehicle upfitting or related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance tools
