Position Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leadership, Business, or Operational Management fields
- Minimum of five years of comparable management, supervisor, and/or leadership experience comparable management, supervisor, and/or leadership experience
- Minimum three years of experience in operational system management
- A demonstrated history of operating multiple systems, leading teams, and ensuring collaboration across a dynamic organization
- A demonstrated history of strong business relationships with external vendors in the
- community at large
Performance Criteria:
- Lead planning, coordination and maintenance of district operation support services including but not limited to maintenance, custodial, grounds, central services and contracted transportation services.
- Ensure improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
- Coordinate, supervise, and manage district operation support services, including but not limited to hiring and evaluation of district operations support service personnel.
- Collaborate with all district operation support services, including but not limited to the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Construction, Safety & Security Manager, and other district and building administrators to ensure the vision, mission, and goals of our district are met.
- Work collaboratively with the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Construction, and district business office to follow district policies and best practices in procurement of goods and services.
- Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the school district, including but not limited to the regular review of financial statements, utilization of financial data to make decisions, and plan for effective strategies to maintain the health of district resources.
- Collaborate with necessary internal and external district stakeholders to ensure local, state and national safety standards are met.
