The Compact Low Power Precision Signal Chain team at Analog Devices is redefining what’s possible in precision electronics. Our mission is to deliver complete signal chain solutions — not just individual components — that are optimized for area and power efficiency while delivering the right level of performance for intelligent edge applications.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to help define and drive the next generation of precision electronics for the AI-enabled era. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that will shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for compact, low power solutions. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer engagement to bring scalable, commercially viable systems to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the product roadmap for AI/ML-aligned precision signal chain solutions at the edge.
- Act as the primary interface between design, applications, market segment, and management teams for AI/ML initiatives within the Compact Low Power team.
- Engage directly with customers to identify key challenges and align them with Analog Devices’ solution capabilities.
- Define go-to-market requirements and establish best practices for solution delivery.
- Architect and execute reference systems that demonstrate commercial viability and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Strong background in AI/ML-aligned hardware and software development.
- Proficiency with tools such as LTspice, PowerBI, Verilog, FPGA development, and embedded systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; a true team player.
- Driven, ambitious, curious, and constructively skeptical.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on AI-enabled systems.
- MBA or experience in product strategy and commercialization is a plus.

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
