- Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions in Europe.
- Collaborate with HR leaders across global locations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, and make successful hires.
- Share market insights to inform hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Lead diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment.
- Maintain and train users on recruitment technology platforms.
- Manage SRAM.com careers page and presence on social media platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with SRAM’s brand.
- Generate recruitment metrics and insights.
- Evaluate and manage third-party recruitment agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; HR Generalist experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of EU employment laws
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with creative sourcing strategies.
