Then become part of our team.The Role:As a Key Account Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will strategically partner with key accounts to drive E2E efficiency, optimize processes, mitigate risks, and enhance customer satisfaction through seamless cross-functional collaboration and data-driven solutions.Your Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership: Develop and strengthen close strategic supply chain collaborations with key accounts.E2E Efficiency: Drive end-to-end supply chain efficiency and transparency via data exchange and customer alignment.Process & KPI Management: Optimize data-driven processes and manage critical customer KPIs, e.g., availability.Risk Mitigation: Identify and actively mitigate potential delivery risks collaboratively with our key customers.Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster seamless communication with Sales, Customer Care, and International Supply Chain, and drive Customer Experience projects to enhance satisfaction. Your Profile:Degree in Business Administration or Engineering, with strong knowledge of current market developments and retail structures, ideally in FMCG.Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, E-Commerce, or CDMO.Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with excellent problem-solving skills in close collaboration with clients.Highly communicative, adept at simplifying complex topics for stakeholders and customers.Fluent in English (C1 level required).
