Global P&C Business Partner - AirOps

Summary of the role

Join AirOps (AOP), a global business unit with over 2,000 employees across multiple regions, dedicated to designing and delivering integrated solutions for airports, airlines, and ground handlers worldwide. As part of the People & Culture (P&C) team, you’ll support the AOP Business Line and its leadership community through strategic and day-to-day people initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to work across geographies, collaborate with local and regional teams, and contribute to shaping a welcoming and inclusive workplace. Uniquely, the position will offer the incumbent an opportunity to work not just with one area of the AirOps business, but transversally across different functions and with different business leaders.

In this role you’ll

  • Be the main contact for the AOP leadership team on all People & Culture matters, building trusted relationships and offering guidance aligned with business goals.
  • Support organizational planning and transitions, including department changes, communication strategies, retention plans, M&A integrations and labor implications, in collaboration with the Global Head of P&C BP AOP.
  • Coordinate recruitment approvals, mobility actions, and reporting, ensuring alignment with financial and operational needs inside the wider TRU organization.
  • Identify and support training and development needs, and contribute to global initiatives like Talent Reviews, Salary Reviews, and system updates.
  • Collaborate with CoEs and local People teams, sharing updates, gathering feedback, and aligning site-level and business unit priorities.

About the ideal candidate

  • Experience in business partnering across multiple geographies and functions.
  • Strong understanding of balancing the needs of the business with the broader People strategy.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with organizational change, talent development, and HR data analysis.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed and multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are welcome.
  • Based in Lisbon - open to sponsorship of visa and relocation. Can potentially consider other locations (approval tbc).
