A Day in the LifeAs a Finance Management Trainee at L’Oréal Canada, you’ll embark on a 12-month rotational program designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our financial operations. This role is part of SeedZ, our elite talent development program, designed to accelerate the careers of high-potential new graduates. Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll gain exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A), capital budgeting, and financial reporting. You’ll also work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to optimize pricing, product mix, and sales strategies, ensuring maximum profitability.
