About the Role:
OmnicomMediaGroup are hiring a HR Advisor to join us as a key partner in helping us build on, and shape, our people-first culture! About You
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR -related software
- Working towards a CIPD Qualification or equivalent
- Able to build strong relationships with OMG Group People Advisors and Partners and work in partnership to execute the OMG Group UK people strategy (where applicable)
- Be able to develop trusted partnerships with employees and solutions-focused advice across the full employee life cycle
- A team player with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage local onboarding programme, ensuring that new employees have a smooth transition into OMG Central which focuses on the employee experience
- Work in Partnership with our internal Talent Attraction Team, ensuring both internal mobility and external recruitment needs are supported and managed effectively and efficiently
- Support the performance review process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback and development plans
- Assist mangers in addressing performance issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- In partnership with the Group People Team, contribute to the development and execution of local strategies to enhance employee engagement
- A figurehead and ambassador of the UK culture; lead with empathy, inclusion and compassion. Champion inclusivity throughout everything we as a Group and team
- Act as trusted point of contact for employees and managers providing guidance and support, in line with our policies (i.e. management of probation)
- Supporting the Group, People Partners and Agency Heads of People with ER cases (i.e. investigations and note taking) and managing own cases where appropriate.
- Regularly review and update our Group People Policies
- Through our People Services Hub, ensure timely and accurate data exists in our HR Systems as our “one source of truth” i.e. correct org design
- Working with our People Services Hub and Central People Partner, analyse and report on people data, providing insight, trends and recommendations on key areas of focus.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
