Accommodation, Catering and Events (ACE) / Canopy Kitchen & Courtyard (EFI)

Full-time: 35 hours per week, 5 over 7 days including weekends

We are recruiting for Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team.

 

The Opportunity:

This is a very exciting opportunity to join the team at our newly opened restaurant Canopy. Based at the heart of the Meadows, in the beautifully renovated old Royal Infirmary, the operation consists of a 66 cover, contemporary Scottish Brasserie, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside a more informal Grab & Go offer served during the day. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Team Leaders you will work in both areas of the business to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. Whether this be a quick coffee on the run or a celebratory dinner, every interaction is important. There is variation in the shift pattern too, so every day is different!
