Marina Guest Service Associate / Dockhand at Oasis Marinas

Description

As a Marina Dockhand, you’ll be the face of the marina — welcoming guests, assisting boaters, and keeping our docks safe, clean, and running smoothly. Every day is different, but your key duties will include:

• Greeting and assisting boaters as they arrive and depart

• Helping with docking and tying boats securely

• Dispensing fuel safely and handling fuel transactions

• Assisting with electrical hookups and basic troubleshooting

• Providing directions, local recommendations, and answering guest questions

• Maintaining a clean, organized dock and marina area

• Ensuring safety procedures are always followed

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, positive attitude and love for working outdoors

• Comfort with physical activity and being on your feet

• Knowledge of boating terms a plus (we’ll train you if not!)

• Strong customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs

• Comfortable working around water and on docks

• Able to work in varying weather conditions
