About the Job
Partner with Merchandising, Planning and Buying teams to develop and implement seasonal allocation strategies
Manage the distribution of product from initial allocations to our Direct-to-Consumer channels (online, retail stores)
Monitor retail sales performance at a divisional and classification level to achieve sales targets
Analyze historical data and seasonal sales trends weekly to ensure DTC inventory levels align with selling opportunities
Participate in weekly meetings to ensure that allocation strategies are aligned with current and future state of the business, identifying risks and growth opportunities within each division
Develop model stock replenishment programs for Core and Essential styles and maintain weekly at the size level
Monitor shifts in sales demand to identify risks and opportunities for current stock, incoming product flow, and future buys and communicate with Planning, Merchandising, and Wholesale partners
Analyze seasonal size selling for initial allocations and replenish weekly in-season
Create and maintain initial allocation orders and replenishment bulks to ensure accuracy for incoming product
Maintain inventory tracker to ensure on time seasonal deliveries and communicate any changes to teams
Partner with Customer Service team to ensure all orders are flowing to DTC channels promptly
Accomplish store transfers and consolidations as-needed to satisfy stock needs and product sell-through rates
Produce and complete monthly store transfers back to the warehouse
Maintain UPC and style upload files to communicate incoming product to Ecommerce team members
Maintain data accuracy within reporting and other tools
You will report to our Director, DTC Merchandise Planning
About You
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of Allocation experience in a retail environment
Proficient in excel (can perform complex functions)
Experience working with ERP and sales reporting tools (experience working in RLM or QlikSense is a bonus)
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $58,100-$91,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
