Join Kimberly-Clark’s Amazon Team, a strategic, top-tier customer team responsible for driving growth across our iconic brands: Depend®, Poise®, and Kotex®. As a Senior Team Leader, you will lead the development and execution of joint business plans with Amazon, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional results in the Adult and Feminine Care categories. In this role, you will:
Lead a high-performing, results-oriented team focused on winning in the digital marketplace through collaboration, innovation, and execution.
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with Amazon, aligning customer strategies with Kimberly-Clark’s brand and commercial objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders, including senior executives, to influence strategic direction and drive mutual growth.
Translate marketplace dynamics and customer strategies into actionable plans that drive category leadership and brand growth.
Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure seamless execution and alignment across functions.
Utilize customer and market data to develop merchandising strategies that optimize volume, distribution, and supply chain performance.
Forecast demand and plan for future growth, projecting out 3–5 years to ensure readiness and agility.
Analyze customer trends, demographic shifts, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure financial acumen in all planning and execution activities, maintaining a clear understanding of business impact.
Identify and address gaps in customer plans, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business goals.
Recruit, coach, and develop top-tier talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
Minimum of 7+ years in customer development, sales, or related commercial roles within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment.
Direct experience working in a highly matrixed, global company and capability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Previous success managing sales teams and headquarter customers.
Experience transforming advanced business analysis into upcoming business plans / actions
Knowledge of Integrated Customer Business Planning Process and demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Business Planner software.
Experience successfully coaching and developing others
Proven track record of building effective strategic relationships, particularly with retail customers
High threshold for working and thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, e.g. ability to pivot quickly, figuring it out and adapting as you go
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Salary Range: 166,580 – 205,740 USD
