Job Summary
As a Branch Manager in Victory Mortgage’s St. Louis division you will contribute to the organization profitability by effectively coaching, developing, mentoring and motivating branch Mortgage Loan Officers, by being a resource of sales and product expertise along with providing them with the knowledge, skills and abilities to conduct their roles in a professional manner while reinforcing a unified sales culture and aiding in the retention efforts through strong, well supported, professional relationships built over time. To provide leadership to the sales operation as it functions and operates within the framework of the company’s mission and philosophy. To ensure effective conversion of customers who are ready, willing, and able to obtain a mortgage at margins to make a fair profit.

These skills will be used to:
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, both internal and external, by ensuring that Mortgage Loan Officers set proper expectations with customers so that Victory Mortgage, L.L.C. can deliver on its promises and meet its objectives. This is measured by obtaining a “would recommend” rating for at least 95% of the branch’s closings.
- Develop relationships with Fischer Homes, LLC Sales Managers and Market Presidents in their assigned division to ensure our Mortgage Loan Officers are engaged in assisting Fischer Homes, LLC Sales Counselors to achieve 80% capture rate and sell more homes. Solicits feedback on successes and opportunities.
- Recruit and select, in conjunction with the National Production Manager, Mortgage Loan Officers, Mortgage Loan Officer Assistants and Closers with strong potential for success.
- Ensure that established operational policies and procedures are followed and suggest policy changes as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Mortgage Loan Officer experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Adaptable: Ability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities, and people.
