You will join the foundation at an exciting time, with the opportunity to make a transformational impact. The foundation is in the public phase of a historic campaign to raise $3 billion to build a better future for Nebraska. The campaign is being led by many enthusiastic volunteers representing all areas of the University of Nebraska System.
Ways you will make an impact:
- Research, investigate, and evaluate prospects to create a pool of prospective donors who have affinity for the University of Nebraska.
- Improve and refine processes that generate prospect leads.
- Create donor profiles to prepare University Leadership as needed.
- Collaborate with the Prospect Management team to identify prospective donors and establish and improve prospect pools.
- Conduct wealth screening validation.

What you need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Minimum Experience: 1-3 years experience in prospect/donor management/research methodology or related data integrity field or equivalent. Preferred Experience: Customer service experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize a broad range of assignments.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Highly adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
