Purpose of Position:
To provide office assistance to the Finance Office and Risk Management Office
Position Duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, take messages, greet visitors, make photocopies, file, assist with faxes, data entry and manage data
- Assist with conference room schedule
- Assist with office mail
- Run campus errands
- Assist the Risk Management Office and the Finance & Administration Office with tasks
- Other duties as assigned.

- Good organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Advancement Opportunity/Evaluation Period: This position qualifies for the Career Pathing Program, which includes an annual wage increase ($.25/hour), an opportunity for personal and professional development, and an annual performance evaluation.
Weekly Hours Available: 10-15
Length of Employment: Fall, Spring & Summer Semester
