About the Department

Purpose of Position: 
To provide office assistance to the Finance Office and Risk Management Office

Position Duties

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Answer phones, take messages, greet visitors, make photocopies, file, assist with faxes, data entry and manage data
  • Assist with conference room schedule
  • Assist with office mail
  • Run campus errands
  • Assist the Risk Management Office and the Finance & Administration Office with tasks 
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Wage Rate: $10.30
Advancement Opportunity/Evaluation Period: This position qualifies for the Career Pathing Program, which includes an annual wage increase ($.25/hour), an opportunity for personal and professional development, and an annual performance evaluation.

Weekly Hours Available:  10-15

Length of Employment:  Fall, Spring & Summer Semester
