JOB SUMMARY:
A Kitter interprets assignments and directions, using a headset, and then inspects and pulls
cabinet material to deliver to the assembly lines.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Accurately interpret product labels and utilize computer systems to pick and deliver
    material
  • Inspect material for quality and report material flaws appropriately
  • Pull carts throughout isles, efficiently picking material, and deliver completed cart(s) to
    staging areas at assembly line(s)
  • Maintain a safe work environment, including housekeeping
  • Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to identify cabinet types, wood species, finishes, and color variances
  • Ability to use basic math concepts and read a standard tape measure

 

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.

 

Required Physical Ability:

  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
  • Frequent bending, crouching, pulling, and pushing
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 30lb, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lb
