Requirements

  

· Experience Required: 5+ years of Sales Management experience with annual sales revenue north of $300m

· Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

· Skills and Knowledge Required: 

   o Proven track record in sales leadership and team performance management

   o Strong understanding of margin-based quoting and forecasting

   o CRM systems proficiency

   o Excellent negotiation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills

   o High accountability, initiative, and data-driven decision making.

· Position Overview: Leadership Team role, responsible for top-line sales, margin growth, forecasting, and team performance

· Leadership Visibility: Direct access to executive ownership, autonomy to lead, and the support to deliver results
