Key responsibilities:
Onboard new retailers for the US and Other Markets.
Keep an eye on the existing import system, all processes, Day-to-Day Import System Activities.
Debug, fix, and escalate for raised issues by different teams regarding the product feed, native checkout.
Recurring task to audit retailers' data feeds from time to time to catch issues and bugs in the system.
Writing scripts to automate daily activities.
Monitoring Setup for On-going and new catalog processes as per latest requirements.
Do follow up and coordinate with Other teams to complete the assignments.
Audit native checkout fail orders to fulfill for finding data issues and other bugs for increasing fulfillment rate.
will have involvement in checkout related monitoring support also.
Will be responsible for managing ops activity of backend system for .com other than prime catalog responsibilities.
Responsible for catalog ad hoc activities which comes as a real-time requirement.
Responsible for managing catalog infra for QA and Automation.
Required skills and Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT.
2+ Experience in merchant operations or a similar role.
You have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
You have proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries.
Strong hands on Unix commands.
You have ability to write and debug bash scripts to meet operational needs.
Strong analytical and debugging skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Bonus Points:
Knowledge of the ELK stack (Elastic search, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring and log management.
If you have experience working at an e-commerce marketplace, and/or love fashion or personal luxury goods.
