Pathfinders Wanted - Join Us!

Join our Revenue Operations team at Levelpath, where you will architect and scale the operational backbone of our global GTM organization. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, and you will work cross-functionally with senior Levelpath leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to accelerate our ARR growth, drive operational rigor, and prepare our organization for scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement the RevOps framework spanning sales process, forecasting, territory design, pipeline management, and GTM reporting

  • Own and optimize our GTM systems stack (CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms) to drive scalability and data integrity

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to define and refine funnel metrics, pipeline velocity, and attribution models

  • Lead AE capacity planning, quota setting, territory/account strategy, and annual planning cycles in collaboration with leadership

  • Build scalable reporting and dashboards for executive leadership and Board-level visibility

  • Develop and maintain data governance practices to ensure reliable insights for decision-making

  • Continuously identify process bottlenecks, design improvements, and implement automation to increase efficiency across the revenue engine

What you Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations, ideally in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.

  • Proven ability to implement and scale sales tech stack that revolves around Hubspot CRM

  • Strong track record of partnering with executive leadership to operationalize GTM strategy.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in day-to-day sales and marketing support, as well as working knowledge of forecasting, process optimization, and performance scaling.

While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:

  • Experience collaborating closely with Finance and other cross-functional teams on planning and forecasting cycles.

  • Background in systems integration and workflow automation.

  • Prior experience building RevOps functions from the ground up at an early-stage, fast growth SaaS company.

The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $150,000-$210,000.
