What You’ll Do

As a Bus Driver, you will:

• Safely operate a school bus and transport children ages 0–5 to and from Acelero Learning centers and approved events.

• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety and reliability of the vehicle.

• Ensure all passengers are secured in child safety restraints and follow transportation safety rules.

• Maintain daily logs and communicate promptly about route issues, delays, or incidents.

• Build positive, respectful relationships with families and staff.

• Maintain a clean, well-functioning vehicle and report maintenance needs in a timely manner.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A licensed and safety-conscious professional with a heart for children.

• Calm under pressure and able to respond quickly in emergencies.

• Friendly, dependable, and patient with young children and families.

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus!

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with P and S endorsements required.

• Clean driving record and minimum of 1 year experience operating a school bus.

• Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug/alcohol screening.

• Must be able to lift children in and out of car seats, up to 40 lbs.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
