Provides social work services to patients and their families of Lankenau Medical Associates (may include: geriatrics, adults, adolescents, children, neonates, prenatal care) to enhance their use of medical care and to address the psychosocial and cultural issues associated with illness, treatment, and continuity of care. As a faculty member of the family practice resident program, provides education and support to medical interns.

Position: Social Worker, Family Practice
Shift: Full Time Day Shift; Monday through Friday
Experience:
Five years practice experience in health care setting preferred. Extensive knowledge of community resources. Experience in teaching through in-services, presentation, classroom or video.
Education:
Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania preferred.
This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
