Job Details:

Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Facility Manager to lead the facilities team and maintain the venue, gaming equipment, and golf operations at Drive Shack. The Facility Manager reports directly to the Assistant General Manager and plays a critical role in the execution of all facility operations.    

Responsibilities  

  • Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the Drive Shack facility 
  • Install and troubleshoot technical golf, gaming, and facility equipment 
  • Proactively manage necessary repair/replacement of equipment and systems 
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance/cleaning schedules to prolong the useful life of facility and equipment 
  • Champion Drive Shack standards and expectations; coach and develop the team accordingly 
  • Responsible for tracking and meeting/exceeding guest satisfaction, efficiency, and labor goals in specified departments 
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times; understand and enforce safe work practices in a fair and consistent fashion 
  • Perform other duties as requested by management  
Additional Information:

 

 Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of facilities management experience in multi-outlet golf, entertainment, or hotel environment, with an emphasis on technological systems 
  • A high school diploma or GED required
  • Able to understand and interpret technical systems, mechanical systems, and other industry-related systems/programs 
  • Able to recruit, motivate, develop, retain, and promote top talent through thoughtful leadership and genuine concern for team member growth

  • Days and hours of work vary by schedule and business needs
  • Special working conditions include but are not limited to a range of circumstances such as sitting or standing for periods of time
  • May need to lift to 50 pounds
