OEM Portfolio & Solutions Associate Product Manager at Lenovo

Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) is seeking a self-motivated entry level Program Manager to capture, organize and offer insights related to potential improvement areas in key OEM Portfolio processes. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes product managers, project managers, and key strategic suppliers, to complete this process documentation and improvement project.Responsibilities: Product planning and life cycle management for a particular product or product line or services portfolio to fulfill customer value and achieve both marketing and financial objectives. Apply broad knowledge of company’s product capabilities and competitive environment along with analysis of consumer trends, technical capabilities, and technology partners to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth. Determine product features and functions and oversees product development liaising with cross-functional teams and ensure products are delivered with high quality, competitive cost, time-to-market/ time-to-volume, and efficient complexity. Use market feedback to evaluate product functionality and drives present/future product direction. Evaluate in-depth market analysis and leads business case for optimization of existing products/solutions alternatives and/or to create the next generation of new products. Conduct marketing communications regarding product core selling points to product marketing/GEO marketing and customers.Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Project Management or related field Previous internship experience preferably related to Product Management Experience leading/managing programs Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC at least 3 days per weekPreferred Qualifications: You have a spirit of entrepreneurship with high-energy and a proactive style You are comfortable asking questions and doing the due diligence to understand the landscape You are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously You have strong written and verbal communications skills You possess good time management and organizational skills You are creative and adaptable Apply Now
