Job Summary
Job Duties:
Under the direction of an administrator, provide accurate accounting of student enrollment and attendance at a
secondary school in accordance with the provisions of the California Education Code; communicate with staff,
students, and parents concerning student attendance.
Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic.
Required Documents
Work Week: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Requirements / Qualifications
Required:
* Possession of a valid First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and additional health care certificate(s) as designated by the District. Required before employee begins working.
(SRCS only accepts from American Red Cross or American Heart Association. NO Online courses accepted.)
*any combination of education, experience, and training to demonstrate knowledge and abilities listed herein.
1. Maintain confidentiality of information
2. Establish and maintain an effective relationship with students and adults in person and on the phone.
Desired:
1.Bilingual (Spanish)
2.Oral and written communication skills
3.Current office practices, equipment and technology
4.Record keeping, office procedures and 2 years of clerical exp
5. Preferably one year in school setting.
5. Problem-solving, and record-keeping techniques.
