As a Senior Technical Analyst at Hansen, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, performance, and evolution of our software platforms. Based in the Hammersmith, London and part of our Delivery team, you’ll be the technical backbone supporting production systems, driving automation, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability and innovation. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving complex issues, implementing tactical fixes, and supporting functional changes and projects that directly impact on our customers’ operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Daily Operations: Prioritize tasks, monitor SLAs, and report on team performance.
  • Automate with AI: Use AI tools to streamline incident management and documentation.
  • Customer Collaboration: Liaise with clients to understand and document requirements.
  • System Monitoring: Utilize tools like Dynatrace for early issue detection and resolution.
  • Project Support: Contribute to data migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
  • Technical Solutions: Design, develop, and test system modifications and data fixes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to standards and perform rigorous testing.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in software development or relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in business analysis and software testing.
  • Preferred: Telecoms/Utilities billing knowledge, Unix Shell scripting, Java, AWS, and Atlassian tools.
  • Passion for Test Driven Development and experience with generative AI testing tools.
  • A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
