You will be accountable for the coordination and enabling the site Asset & technology leader in the overall loss prevention of the plant equipment and process technology, site facilities & buildings to support delivery of the SQCDSM metrics. You will ensure un-interrupted service is provided by 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Co-ordinate the execution of Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program, Capex management & OPEX (M&R) budgets, site Technology & Automation maintenance, Asset & Master data management, Service providers/ OEM-original equipment mfg. contracts & SLA-site level agreement adherence, adherence to Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements are adhered to.
- Implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working: delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, and CBM (condition based monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Loss elimination, Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s) etc.
- Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, and building capability of Operating teams via specific training on routine maintenance, equipment breakdown and CIL techniques
- Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives, and goals.

- Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM - Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools.
- The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level work process owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automated Warehouse Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance and repair of our automated warehouse equipment and systems (ASRS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, automation & robotics as well as leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of members to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of automated warehouse equipment, including conveyor systems, robotics, material handling systems (MHE’s) and infrastructure related to CS&L Area.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency.
- Collaborate to identify and resolve equipment issues and optimize system performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
- Responsible for Life extension of spares, localization of spares , M&R cost reduction for the line & responsible for M&R budget of CS&L department.
- Ensure compliance with People & Food safety protocols and regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Builds technical and maintenance skills of the team members working in the shifts, so that they can operate and maintain their equipment on own.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime.
- Is part of the PM Pillar, owns all PM systems and work process at the line level and leads some of them at the department level. Is the subject matter expert on one of the component categories and is a trainer of PM related subjects for the plant.
Education / Certifications:
5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of automated warehouse equipment and systems.
- Strong knowledge of automation, robotics, and mechanical systems.
- Leadership experience, with ability to motivate, Coach and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with People & Food safety regulations and protocols.
5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of automated warehouse equipment and systems.
- Strong knowledge of automation, robotics, and mechanical systems.
