Please note this is the schedule : Monday 8:30 -5:30 (Solo day once fully trained), Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 10:00 - 3:30 pm We’re seeking a dependable and personable Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our self-storage facility. This role combines front-line customer service with light maintenance responsibilities to ensure our property remains safe, clean, and tenant-ready.
Requirements
Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
• Guide clients through rental agreements and unit selection
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage account inquiries
• Maintain accurate records using facility management software
• Provide courteous and solution-oriented support to resolve issues
Facility Operations:
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and security
• Perform light maintenance tasks (e.g., sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, minor repairs)
• Monitor inventory of supplies and report facility needs
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and site inspections
