Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching staff
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Opening/closing the store
  • Maintaining service standards
  • Managing inventory, cash control, and bank      deposits in the GM’s absence

 

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Preferred Automotive experience
  • 1+ year of retail or hospitality management      experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Age 18+
  • High School diploma or      equivalent
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to complete computer-based training
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and      crawling
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Clear communication with customers and team
