About the Role: Home Health Clinical Manager,
As a Home Health Clinical Manager,, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Wesley at Home.
As a Home Health Clinical Manager,, you will:
- Support and mentor Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Provide education and guidance on home health regulations, protocols, and tools
- Conduct training via phone calls, meetings, and side-by-side field visits
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of documentation through regular chart audits
- Oversee client safety and manage team member assignments
- Assist in the hiring process for PTs, OTs, PTAs, and COTAs
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Manager of Nursing and Director of Quality
- Promote cross-discipline communication and support across clinical teams
Qualifications:
- Supervisory or management work experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Full-time experience in home health is required.

Compensation & Flexibility:
- The pay range for this PT/OT position is $76,000-94,000 / year. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
