Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is seeking a passionate and creative Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing gourmet meals for our residents in a senior community setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of gourmet meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus that are both nutritious and appealing.

- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

- Engage with residents to understand their culinary preferences and enhance their dining experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.

- Strong culinary skills with a focus on gourmet meal preparation.

- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutrition for seniors.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
