The Director, Site Operations is responsible for leading, mentoring, and overseeing operational performance across multiple Compass campuses to ensure consistent execution of Compass culture, policies, and programs. This role serves as a key bridge between campus operations teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of services, adherence to maintenance and operational standards, and readiness for new site activation. The position also provides strategic and tactical guidance on incident management, change management, budget stewardship, and customer lifecycle engagement. |
