Summary/Objective
This role involves comprehensive property management, including lease administration, tenant relations, property maintenance and beautification, financial management (budgeting, forecasting, and CapEx planning), and vacancy reduction strategies. The goal is to ensure full compliance, maximize tenant satisfaction and retention, maintain a high-quality environment, optimize financial performance, and increase occupancy.

Negotiate, prepare, and administer space leases with full compliance, monitoring and enforcing contracts across all parties, including tenant improvements, and maintaining records of all related documentation.
Cultivate positive tenant relationships through prompt and professional service, maximizing satisfaction and retention while ensuring the safety and security of all occupants via protocols and regular inspections.
Manage all facets of property maintenance and repairs, encompassing common areas, physician suites, and HOPD spaces to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment, including implementing and managing a property beautification plan to enhance its overall appeal.
Develop and manage the property's budget through financial forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting, along with conducting financial analytics to optimize profitability.
Develop and implement a Capital Expenditure (CapEx) plan for property reinvestment, including identifying and prioritizing projects to improve property value, functionality, and competitiveness. Evaluate and recommend reinvestment opportunities to enhance the property's long-term value.
Develop and execute a vacancy reduction plan encompassing marketing, tenant attraction, and retention, alongside gathering and analyzing business intelligence to inform strategic decisions and enhance property operations, aims to maximize occupancy.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience within the following fields: Facility Management / Property Management
